The rooms are large and comfortable, there's a microwave oven and a mini-fridge. Contrary to some reviews, the service was good. Walking distance to the crocette, the Palais, etc. (between 10-15 minutes walk to the Palais). Internet access was a bit slow at times. They regularly forget to provide a free-drink voucher to their best clients until you claim for it at your arrival, which is definitely unacceptable in my opinion. The Accor Favorite Guest card is $200 worth; they should respect the rules and automatically deliver the promise when we arrive.
