Ideally located, 10 minutes walk from Cannes congress centre. In the middle of the shopping area. In The back streets are many restaurants.
Room is basic, clean with WiFi. Breakfast restaurant is small, come early to find a place. Breakfast is ok for three star hotel. It took me 40 minutes to Nice airport.

The hotel is rather unassuming being little more than a doorway from the Rue d'Antibes. It is narrow but tall and has five floors plus a roof terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful - the desk staff speak good English but the other staff speak very little English - they are all however pleasant and try to make your...

I'm just wrapping up my trip here in Cannes, and I've got to say, I'm really happy I stayed here. It's a quick walk to the Palais, centralized location for just about anything, and it's very clean. Service is great as well, everyone here was very friendly and helpful with my misuse of their wonderful language.
Rooms are very European...

We travel to Cannes by Eurostar/TGV as my husband does not like flying - found this hotel on Booking.com. This was our second visit to Cannes but the previous hotel being over the station side so to find this hotel in the centre of everything was a bonus and just a five minute walk from the station. The room was...

I stayed at Hotel de France for an exhibition and it was a very basic hotel. I had a room in the top floor. The walls are very thin indeed, I could hear the person next door snore away all night long. The air conditioning was not on yet, as it was still winter, but I was hot, as the weather...

The hotel location is good but not the room. The hotel gave us the room on the 1st floor which is right outside of the breakfast, bar area. We were waken up by the hotel staff early in the morning when they were setting up the breakfast area and then guests were looking right at you when you exiting from...

This well located hotel, just a few minutes walk from the Croisette and seafront and near restaurants, bars, luxury shopping boutiques etc., offers good value, simple and clean accommodation. It is by no means glamorous and glitzy nor interesting from a design point of view, but the staff are friendly (I agree with the previous reviewer – the housekeeping staff...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June at the time of the Cannes Lions Festival. Good things first: perfect location (walking distance to all key locations including the train station, bus station and is right on the popular shopping street), friendly housekeepers, clean linen, decent breakfast that is included in the room rate, flat screen TV (was...

I stayed at this hotel twice on the same trip. When I arrived in Cannes, I was pleasantly surprised to find how clean and centrally located the hotel was - beaches, shopping, dining, train station and bus from Nice airport were all within a 5 minute walk. The rooms were a decent size and the washrooms were large and clean....
