The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was excellently situated for visiting the Camargue. It was quite an easy walk into town, but the restaurant was so good, cheap and friendly that we ate there. More

The Hotel room was good. The service was good. The amenities were average. The parking was bad to get into because the gate was locked. Also the parking lot was poor lighting at night. But the location was excellent - very close to Arles! More

I stayed at this hotel during a "birdwatching "trip to the Carmague which is quite near to Arles. The hotel is situated 2km from Arles town centre within a Industrial shopping area ,its very close to motorway access so no need to drive into town and search for your hotel . Typically (ibis ) the rooms are basic, but exceptionally clean,no complaints... More

This is an older Ibis hotel and like hundreds more like it you could be put inside and not be able to tell the difference or know which one you were in. The rooms are small and the bathrooms functional, with a pretty decent shower (considering that one is in France). The staff is very accommodating, the parking is free,... More

Agree with a lot of what has been said before. The good things are : Its just off the main road into Arles - so easy access. Staff were very helpful and friendly during our 1 night stay. The bed was comfortable and large. Everything in the room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. Air con worked and was... More

We stayed for 3+2 night in two connecting rooms with our family. Everything was perfect, location for visiting Provence, good rooms, excellent breakfast just to move till afternoon (!), cheap and good enough diner in the hotel when you are tired after a long "walking" day. Swimming pool perfetct to relax before diner. People in Ibis Arles were SO kind... More

Hotel easy to find on outskirts of main town. Long walk into town should you want to eat & drink in town without driving. Okay if you look upon it as an overnight stay. Menu very limited and food mediocre. More
