Can't beat the location in the centre of Aix but the rooms are shabby. Good parking within 300m in a huge underground carpark - price about 9 euros/24 hours

good location to visit and benefit the day if you stay for 1 night. old hotel, especially bathroom. before the shower, keep out all your belongings, because of the poor water protection.
don't ask an extra bed for an adult. lounge chair is more comfortable.
to summarize, pay a little more and stay to another hotel.

This hotel has a great location. Surprisingly quiet room with nightlife downstairs. Skip breakfast though- not worth it for 8 euros. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was drab (painted grey) but decent. Comfortable mattress.

This was a trip to remember. The hotel was a great place for a foreigner. Lots to do within walking distance. Not a luxury hotel, but a great place to experience. Very helpful staff.

We do not recommend this hotel. The lobby area was dirty and so were the hallways (a ran down vacuum cleaner was left by the entrance to our room for over two days) and there were buckets with cleaning supplies standing by the elevator the whole time.
The air conditioning did not work and the TV was outdated. Great location,...

My expectations were low after reading Trip Advisor, so I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel - the location is fabulous, the price is right, the rooms are quiet, the windows are large with pretty views of the plaza, the building is interesting and historically significant, and the rooms are large and clean. Yes, the hotel is old...

We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and photos online didn't look too bad. Much to our dismay, our room smelled so horrific, it made us sick. We asked the man at the front desk if we could take a look at another room, and he told us we were already assigned to the nicest room in the hotel....
