TERRIBLE! The very worst hotel we have ever stayed in. First room offered stank of cigarettes and didn't have a toilet seat. The good: good location, doesn't smell like cigarettes. The interesting: zombie desk clerk, loud evangelical revival meeting in lobby sunday afternoon & free parking nearby that left our cars unrecognizably covered in bird poop. The bad: dank, dirty, rundown, loud elevator and plumbing, lack of toilet paper, absence of cleaning staff & not cheap for what it is.

We were one of two couples who stayed here in June 2012. The only nice thing we saw about the hotel was the lobby. The men at the reception desk don't speak English...at all. We stayed here in Summer 2010 for a conference in the area and the only thing going for this hotel is the low cost. The front reception is not very friendly and they don't speak very good english so except some language barrier. The beds were small and my husband and I had to sleep on two separate single beds... No frills, well located, slightly worn and dated. But good value overall.

Enjoyed our stay - central location, easy to wander round Rouen from here. Room was tidy but very very basic, bed was comfortable with clean bed linen and towels. We were given a family room on the top (5th) floor. This floor made a shabby appearance (broken window, loose paint everywhere). The room was not maintained well. Stayed for one night. In room 41 on the 4th floor. Either hot or noisy, the traffic sounds like its in the room with the window open. Dirty floor in the shower room, badly maintained equipment. Breakfast sparse at best.
