A little disappointed with our superior room. It smelt as if someone has been smoking in it. Very noisy in the night from local bar/club. The location is very convenient for sight-seeing, eating etc. Room was very warm and access was difficult. Staff were friendly and welcoming.Fine for a couple of nights.

Used as a stopover on the way home from Vendee. First impressions were poor. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is pretty seedy and the reception guy wasn't exactly welcoming. We had a lovely couple of nights in the Dandy! Great rooms on an interesting street, in a wonderful Town that has kept most of its charming old buildings. The room was spacious clean, bright, and comfortable. The reception we received was very welcoming after a long trip. The location and price was great, would return.
