Well situated and in walking dstance to exploring old Rouen. Parking is a problem but a guarded parking nearby is an asset. The staff and the new Manager were very kind and helpful. They should refurbish the rooms. Free break-fast was excellent.

Great position, clean room. We had a lovely view of the river. Would have been quiet except for a group on a conference. The staff were the stand out at this hotel, extremely helpful, friendly easy check in and out. Car park around the back of hotel no problem, free from 7pm till 9am. Breakfast good. Plenty of it.,

The location of the hotel was reasonably good, but rather hard to find. No signs on the main street! Maybe because the hotel was apparently moving under IBIS chain? The reception on the arrival day was a disappointment, because the room was promised to be ready at 12, but it was not. We had to wait 2 hours and only... More

well, not really a positive point. + Maybe location very close to the Cathedral. - Standart ibis rooms, small. + But modern and newly decorated rooms. + River view from some rooms. - Hotel location was very hard to find. Because there's no sign like "Cœur de City Hotel Rouen Cathedrale" - This is an IBIS hotel, don't be fooled.... More
