Faultless - friendly, all facilities available (at least what I needed!!) and a central location. Decent sized rooms and a fair price all considering.

We had a wonderful 2 days in Rouen exploring the old city centre. We were upgraded to a Privelege room which was very comfortable. The restaurant at this hotel is really superb.
It is a littletricky entering the hotel from the main road.

I stayed here as part of a coach group. I found the staff very friendly and with a good knowledge of english. The breakfasts were of standard continental type fare. The hotel was convienent for exploring the old town. The staff need some training on what to do when the fire alarm goes off. This happened one evening but the...

Room is big and seemed newly decorated. The view over the park and all the way up to the hills was very good. Parking is below ground and spacious and secure. Location is great within walking distance to centre ville.

It was fine, it was clean. It needs a really good face lift as it's very old fashioned. I was here working in Rouen and as a simple base to return to at night it was fine. I wouldn't book a holiday and stay here.
There is free wifi but it's TERRIBLE, most email's bounced and webpages wouldn't load, to...

Rooms are small, look at the busy road, and at no means are 3-star level. Value for money absolutely unacceptable. Do not even think of parking in underground hotel parking if you drive anything bigger than Smart. In general, a total disappointment at the price of 4-star hotel in the rest of Europe.

Room was very nice, large. Gym was bizarre, three bikes and no treadmill! Steam room and sauna, but no pool. I didn't eat breakfast as I didn't want to pay the price, parking was secure and underground, but also chargeable. My colleague booked the room on a pre-pay deal for 95 Euros, so if you add brekkie and parking on...

Fine - not the prettiest part of town but a pleasant 10 minute walk to the old town and restaurants etc. Would recommend taking your meals in the town if you want to see a bit of Rouen while you're in town if you are here for leisure rather than business. Off-street parking useful. Fairly easy to find from the...

Good standard hotel, easily on a par with other Mercure sites. The room was a decent size, very clean with a comfy bed and a reasonably sized bathroom. I had a quiet room facing away from road so not sure if the rooms facing the busy main road are as quiet. The breakfast was a surprise, really quite good with...
