The place is clean and the lobby and eating facilities are upgraded. The rooms are small but beds are comfortable. Very convenient to shoot out of town to Normandy beaches and also to downtown Caen for dinner and the sites. It delivered on our needs very well. More

Stayed there as part of a class trip. The area was isolated with not much to do especially at night. The rooms were ok and the lobby was nice enough with an XBox for students.
