It is well, very well, out of Caen centre. We actually stayed there as we were treating ourselves to the Michelin Star restaurant and the food was certainly of that standard. Nice surprise, the rooms where very well appointed, breakfast was above average (for France) and amenities where beyond expectations. On the down side location is far from center city. A little hard to find because it's mainly a restaurant.

I would ordinarily give this property 5/5 but I was cold and not able to switch on heating. If it had been summer or winter undoubtedly I would have given it full marks. One of the most superb hotels at which we have ever stayed. The room was beautiful with all one could have wanted and more. To us the reaturant was second only to Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons! The staff were delightful and most helpful.

This is a poor excuse for a hotel. It is a restaurant that has decided to add bedrooms. The receptionist was not very friendly and seemed to have an attitude. Excellent hotel. Located close to public transport - bus. Comfortable beds. Booked as we wanted to experience the dinner but alas the restaurant not open on a Sunday!!!! Fortunately the front reception staff had great knowledge regarding local places open on Sunday's. Breakfast delicious. Pared whilst we touristed around on the Monday. Overall very good
