The room was spacious, although the layout could have been improved. Only stayed one night, in-transit to another destination. Very handy for the Eurostar & Flandres stations. Great location for Lille centre. Staff helpfull & friendly. Rooms clean although could do with a lick of paint. Our room was fine but other friends staying had miss-fitting window which kept them awake.Good hotel for a short stop over.

i was not advised in advanced of the hours that the reception would have staff on duty during the weekend, which in turn made the processes of obtaining the access code and room key complicated.

Rooms are tiny, beds are pull-out bunk beds and are VERY uncomfortable. The lift foyer has been vandilsed with acid on the carpets and spray paint on the walls. I looks like a ghetto. Parking is Euro 26 per day. Say away..
