Very small rooms end extremely small bathroom which not exceptionally clean even though the hotel is supposedly renovated not too long ago. Very unwelcoming staff, who after informing about the parking told it was full even though there was plenty of space. When asked to suggest a different parking spot the answer was "don't know". I found this hotel to be well situated for both the town centre (5-10 minutes walk) and the 2 railway stations (10-15 minutes). The reception staff were fine, if not especially welcoming. My room (302) was clean, comfortable and quiet. Overall, a good budget option for a night or two.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is an easy walk to town centre which has many attractions both cultural and epicurean. it has a secure garage. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. There is a good breakfastand and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in the center of Lille and close to main touristic spots in Lille. The hotel is smelling smoke. The room is small, no carpet at bottom. Room is neither too clean nor dirty. You can stay at better hotel if you are willing to pay an extra 20 -30 euros per night.
