There was no staff at hotel upon arrival from ferry (1AM), so could not check in. Went to Campanile across the street, which was full. Returned to Kyriad, still no staff available, no answer on service telephone (757). Departed and checked into Ibis in Dunkerque. How can there be no staff in a hotel at night? What in case of... The only good thing about this hotel is location(close to ferry terminal)! The other reviewers above, wrote everything you need to know! Few words: dirty, smelly, rude, expensive(for what the hotel offer)! Try other places arround(if any)! Next time I would consider to sleep in my car! Thank you very much for spending your time reading my review! More

We stayed here for one night before catching an early ferry. The rooms were tired and we found animal hairs (from a cat?) on our duvet covers. Beds quite hard and bathrooms felt grim and dirty. But the most amazing aspect of the hotel was the incredibly rude girl on the front desk. She seemed to want to offend us... More

drove off the ferry & straight into the car park - like its neighbouring partner hotels the Campanile & Premier Classe it couldn't be more convenient. Shame it doesn't have its own restaurant but there's one next door that we haven't tried. No point as you get 15% off at the Campanile over the road. Time it well, bill everything... More

Stayed here as had not booked anywhere and got to the ferry port at 7pm. Room miniscule but bed adequate. Bathroom and bed was all that we wanted. Very dated Restaurant next door OK for meal and quite good value. There was an extra pillow if needed. Breakfast was basic. The only thing it has going for it is the... More

I'll start with the few postives from this hotel. + Staff seemed freindly enough when checking in. + Nearby to port so was handy for the ferry back in the morning. + Leaving in the morning. Negatives. - Room had a funny mustey smell to them. - During the night was bitten by something looked like a flea bite. -... More

No matter where you go in the world, hotel rooms vary rarely smell of roses. I travelled on this occassion with my wife, daughter and her husband and stayed for 1 night. We all agreed that this was one of the better hotels that we have stayed in, which includes Ibis, Novotel, Accor and Balladins and a few others. The... More

After arriving at the hotel we walked a short distance across the parking lot to a restaurant opposite and where my daughter managed to step on a tin can cutting the top off her food. We all hobbled back to the hotel with her foot wrapped in a jumper. We asked the receptionist for some first aid supplies and asked... More

We stayed for one night en-route to Spain. When travelling we would normally stay at BB Hotels or Campanile but Kyriad had a good deal going. The hotel is located just 10 minutes drive from the Norfolk Line Ferry Terminal making it a very suitable place for an early start to travel through Paris and into central France. The receptionist...
