To be able to stay in such a central location in a big city at such a reasonable price is good news for travellers who do not want to stay on characterless periphiques. It was a bunus having secure parking.

The hotel is approximately well located. Breakfast is approximate and staff is awful.
The room was not cleaned at all during the whole stay.
The district is ugly and not very safe.
To avoid absolutely if you come for a romantic trip, and to take only for business if your budget is low. Room look like a student room.
Really...

Having stayed at the lovely Lorda Apart'Hôtel in Lourdes for 4 days just before arriving in Toulouse, I found the Citéa St-Cyprien very ordinary in comparison. Although it was clean and comfortable, the room I was in was rather dark and it lacked charm. Also, it was 20% more expensive than the suite I had in Lourdes and the staff...

We chose the Citea Toulouse St. Cyprien as hotel in Toulouse because it was a little out of the heart of the city but very close between two metro stops with an underground private garage to leave our car. It turned out to be a perfect choice. The hotel room itself, a superior studio, was without much charm. But it...

Parking issue sinec there is no space around; building where it is located it's a 70th and not well mainteined. Typycal location for people who need to stay for quite a long time, since there is a kitchen between bed room and bath room (yes it's in the middle).
Wall are just of paper and you can listen people around...

This apart hotel was a very great value. It is a studio with a little kitchenette (although we didn't cook at all). It has free garage parking, and is very close to the metro stop to Toulouse city center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We initially booked only 1 night, but decided to stay another night because of...

Although the Citea Apartments aren't located in the centre of Toulouse, there is an excellent metro system which runs extremely often, even on weekends. I think the longest we ever had to wait for a train would have been about 4 or 5 minutes, and then it's only a few stops into the city. The rooms are spacious and have...

This is an aparthotel which means slightly larger rooms that feature a kitchenette. Although the building looks like another grey block of flats straight from the seventies, we were pleasantly surprised by high ceilings and definitely contemporary decor (see my pictures). There is no night-time reception so make sure to arrive before 10 pm. It is very quiet, no noise...

We stayed in Citea St.Cyprien for 1 night in May. This is a new hotel, rooms are really spacious and clean. Actually, these are rather suites with skin, oven, fridge and tableware at your disposal. Definitely a good choice for those who plan stay in Toulouse for a while without spending too much money. Metro is 10 minute walk from...

It has a great location, its near two metro stations, there is a bread store in the corner that is awesome! and you can walk to city center in a 20 minute walk, all the way is worth to see, so is nice to walk arround. There is a Market a block away (mornings) and all kind of buissnes.
