As i go to the Jeanne d Arc hotel on our visit to Lourdes every year this says it all about the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and food is excellent. The hotel is very near to all main attraction grotto ect.

I spent five days in this hotel, June 1st. to June 6th. Accomodation was excellent and spotlessly clean. Meals were first class, both for quality and service. If I decide to visit Lourdes again, I will head straight for Hotel Jeanne d'Arc.

I stayed there just last week for five days and it wasn't what I expected. For my HCPT group it's like going home when you check in at the Jeanne D'Arc. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. Particular thanks goes to Patrick, Christian and particularly hotel owner Helen. Looking forward to our visit to 2013.

Nice, clean, great for English-speaking tourists. Very close to Grotto so good for elderly and walking distance. Also close to shopping and restaurants.
