looking from the chamber window upstairs I overviewd Uzès, like somebody did 400 years ago, there was nothing what rembered me of younger times. This is a beautifully decorated and very well located former nobleman's house in Uzes. It was easy to find and there is free parking 150 metres from the house.The entrance is into a beautiful courtyard. We were greeted by an older french man with a very big smile. We stayed at Au quinze in late June 2009 for 4 nights. Uzes was the first part of our trip in Southern France, and it was a great launching point for daytrips to Arles, Nimes and the Camargue. I am surprised to have not found more little tidbits about Uzes on TripAdvisor, because for us, it was much more charming... More
