Recent stay here was because it is short walk to the University. It's a mile or slightly more to walk to town center and the major restaurants and sights. You can tell that the hotel was in need of renovations from a lot of renovations and upgrades in some common areas. It would be nice to see a full refresh of the room furniture.
Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was perfect; pool bar and restaurant were a nice option if wanted to stay put.

This hotel is tired and in deperate need of a face lift. We stayed there on December 1, 2008. We paid 85 Euros for the one night stay. We also paid 12 Euros per person for the continental breakfast.
