Lovely room with large terrace and good breakfast. Bed was excellent bar the pillows which should be better quality. More

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room we had was clean and had a terrace with shrubs and flowers surrounding it and a view of mountains and the town. There was no lift so get fit before you go! The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the staff were always checking that all... More

My family stayed at the Hotel Madeloc for almost a week. During this time, the staff were incredibly friendly, breakfasts always tasty & with lots of selection and best of all (although not controlled by the hotel) the sun was shining! We had two lovely little rooms with balconies and easy access to the pool. It was the perfect spot... More

Collioure is stunning, with loads of charm. Hotel Madeloc is a good, clean and stylish hotel. It's a little hard to find - go down into the centre of town, & follow signs to La Gare / Sapeurs Pompiers. The hotel is a 10 minute stroll up a fairly steep hill from the town centre, and rooms are on 3... More

The website looked great so we had high expectations for our stay at the Madeloc. We paid 159 euros and only on arrival realised that parking was an extra 8 euros and breakfast an extra 22 euros (for 2). Very helpful staff but the whole place was not as luxurious as the website promised so a clear disappointment, room nr... More

Our family had two delightful, boutique hotel rooms in this wonderful spot. The hotel staff were most helpful throughout our four night stay. We originally booked for three nights but added a fourth after having such a great time. The maid service went out of their way moving us to another room when we added another night to our stay.... I spent some time earlier this year reading previous reviews with some confusion but we bit the bullet and booked and so glad we did. I really liked this hotel - it is clear that effort has been made to update the rooms and reception and dining areas - all were bright and fresh. We had a large terrace overlooking... More

Collioure is a lovely village with spectacular views, seaside charm and amazing layers of history. Hotel Madeloc was a great place to stay - just a short walk to the restaurants, beach, castle/fort and town center. The interior of the hotel is charmingly retro, modernized but retaining its original sixties decor at the same time. The staff was warm and... More

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Madeloc at the beginning of September. Our room was definately small but the terrace was the same size as the room so put together there was a lot of space (we had paid for a superior room, I am glad we did as the standard rooms seemed to have little or not outside... The hotel Madeloc is located about 8-10 mins walk (uphill) from the old town of Collioure. Our"superior" room was located on the third floor, there are no lifts, hauling the bags up in the heat was exhausting as the stairs are unusually steep. the room itself was very clean, but a tight squeeze with a small terrace. The views of... More
