Dreadful, dirty, uncomfortable, dingy... absolutely ghastly dump, that unfortunately happens to be near the old town. An absolute rip-off. Stay in your car rather than here. This hotel has not been remodeled since the 70s and smells like it. Also it's incredibly hot, the beds are ancient, and the breakfast weak. It's only good attribute was it's proximity to Carcassonne but that sight itself is only a 3 or 4 hour deal, tops. My advice is day trip to Carcassonne but stay somewhere else. More

Even simple and polite requests to staff at this hotel were met with unbelievably aggressive behaviour. It's clearly not a happy place to work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we decided curtailed our stay. Suspect that if this wasn't so close to Carcassone it would go out of business. Sure you can do much better than this! More

This was a major dissappointmtent on our trip. The rooms were more like a hostel than a hotel and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Internet did not reach our room although did if we went to lobby. The young lady on the desk was a delight though. Very helpful and spoke excellent english. More

This is a terrible hotel with very rude and unhelpful staff. The room and breakfast do not justify the cost, I would recommend to stay away!!!!! No services, No help, Rude Staff, Overpriced More

We stayed here towards the end of September, just into their "winter rates" prices, which made it bearable. Rated as a three star hotel you have to expect the basics are good. Pillows are lumpy and the bed hard. Walls paper thin so we listened to a disappointed pommy rugby fan sing " sweet chariots" all night.
