"+" Only the fact that it was close to the Gare du Nord station which was the station I arrived at. "-" Bed bugs, slow or often crashing Internet connection, a broken bed, a broken wardrobe knob, towels were stolen from Novotel, absence of a TV remote control, a broken TV cable connector, a dirty chair More

This was the worst hotel of our entire trip. There were stained pillows and NO pillow cases, they used the undersheet folded over as a 'pillowcase' so I had to use a t shirt over the pillow. It was in a really bad area of the town, we got followed home from the train station. One of us got bed... More

the hotel was very poor so we stayed as little in the hotel as possible: leaving hotel in the morning and coming back only late in the evening. the only good thing was free wi-fi, but the smell in the bathroom was awful, people in the hotel did not tell anything about places around to eat, the room very small.... We stayed 3 nights at Hotel Montana, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed on! Certainly no family hotel, and it was a very bad start of our family vacation. Negatives: - either extremely warm (window closed) or extremely noisy (window open) - safe not working - bed defect and with plastic cover under sheet - no... More

We travel quiet a bit as retired airline employees, so we frequent all kinds of Hotels. We booked this hotel thru booking.com. What was advertised was not even close to we saw. This place was so dirty and sheets were dingy, bathroom was disgusting and even though we were stuck there one night,I was actually afraid to take off my... More

We booked this hotel on the internet. The location near to the Gare du Nord seemed just right for visiting the main landmarks of tourist interest in Paris. Even with the help of a GPS, It was with some difficulty that we located the hotel. Our sense of relief was shattered when we discovered that we were alloted rooms on... More

Unfortunately we booked this hotel for our stay in Paris in January. As this was not our first stay in Paris we knew already that hotels might be relatively expensive and serve a rather poor breakfast. However, this hotel was by far the worst hotel experience in Paris ever. The room was very small, with plastic mattress cover, heating which... More

I've been there with my family (2 small children included) on a business trip. they got our internet reservation wrong (so we didn't get the cot we paid for), the hotel was very dirty, the shower was broken and I had to ask a cleaning person working for the hotel to replace the broken part, since the reception clerks just... We had booked a 4 bed room for 2 nights, As the beds were infested with bugs we had the most terrible unforgetable stay, upon informing the staff, who acted asif not understanding english, did spray the entire room with extremely strong insecticide the 2nd night ,which got us ill with sore throats. The location being on the mainroad ,with... More
