Hotel is well located 5-10min walk from the Eiffel Tower. Metro Station just across the road, bus stations within a few steps. There's even a stop for the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus within a 5min walk. To sights like the Louvre or Notre Dame it's quite some distance in foot, but ok with the Metro.
