Clean but very small rooms, modernized bathroom (with clingy Euro shower curtain), bed comfortable enough, no a/c, and keeping the windows open at night means listening to very loud street traffic. The Beauvoir is a typical small hotel/pension with clean rooms and a very convenient location right next to Port Royal station. You can see the train tracks but we didn't experience much noise from the trains. We're unlikely to go back though because for the price you pay, you can get something nicer in Paris. Excellent value for a hotel close to the centre of Paris. Rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were nicely renovated. Except for the odd slamming door in the hall, the hotel was very quiet and made for a restful sleep. If you just need an clean and quiet place to stay, this is the place for you. More
