First of all - location near Bastille square - is a nightmare. Сlamantly, noisy, a lot of canailles... Yelling and crush sounds on the streets all night long. And totally bad district for staying night with no worry. As for hotel: it is very small, only 2 doors and sign you can find. Looks like common lodgings..... Unpleasant smell in... More

Okay, first off the positive............the receptionist women was nice.....the men, creepy. The location was also good. Negative. Wifi only accessible downstairs. The "lift" is a 2X2......not cool. MANY STAIRS. All carpeting stained. The entire hotel reeked strongly of egg rolls and cigarettes. Bedding- bring a sleeping bag and pillow case because the sheets were stained, had hairs, bugs, molding, and... More

Hotel in need of serious TLC, but otherwise the staff are very friendly and the location fantastic. There is a supermarket across the street and chain takeaways a few metres away. There is a lift for the upper floors. No plug for bath and no hook for showerhead or curtain was annoying. More

yes it's in a great spot and inexpensive, but it doesn't really justify stating here. i don't have massively high standards of where i stay, but this was pretty bleak. the room was three single beds, instead of a double - not the end of the world - but everything was just really beige and old, and even more soulless... The location is great for a young crowd (we are 23) however the staff is rude even when they are clearly in the wrong and they do not speak a speck of English. They refused to give a partial refund of our deposit when we found bed bugs the morning after arriving. Which means it's a serious infestation if they... More

nothing much to comment, but a very basic hotel/motel, blanket is full of bugs and TV isn't working, we had difficulties speaking with the girl at the reception, and very loud sound at night, location wise is very convenient as it is close to everything in Bastille! More

Pros: Moderately clean room, maybe a bit dusty Clean bed Location (The Bastille area is awesome, incredibly lively - A midnight supermarket, several overpriced cafes, a gift shop, the Bastille metro station of Line 1 just 2 stops away from the heart of Paris metro in Châtelet-Les Halles) is a stone's throw away, an ice cream parlour, a mcdonalds, a... If you're just looking for a place to crash after partying the whole night, this is the place. Otherwise go somewhere else. The road's very noisy, the rooms can't be any smaller, the curtains are missing, windows don't lock properly and beds are really small. Surprisingly the bathroom was in fairly good shape. And as mentioned - the only reason... More

Located really close to the metro and several cheap eats and crepe stands that are great for those on a budget! Unfortunately, as we were travelling in a school group, our double rooms were transformed into "quads" and there were 4 people crammed into each room. PROS: staff speaks English, working television and complimentary tea/instant coffee in rooms, location great,... More

This place was abosolutely disgusting. First of all the staff was completely rude, and very sketchy. Me and my boyfriend arrived early in the morning so we had to walk around with our heavy luggage all day until we could check in. Once we had checked in and paid we went up to the room which was horrible, but we... More
