They are really quite shameless in charging 500 euro a night during conferences. the room on the "club" floor is filthy, with the kind of carpet that looks like it hasn't been cleaned for 20 years. yellow walls (yuk), ok toilet, functional but reminds me of a motel that costs 40 euros rather than a 500 euro place.

It was called Concorde La fayette Hotel . Location is best . The hotel is near the metro station . The air france shuttle bus stop is just behind the hotel . I have to stay here because it's close to our office. I don't have a problem with it - great selection of food in room service menu (although expensive), not a fan of the stale smoke smell in some of the rooms but it's comfortable. Probably not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in given the promise of four stars and a big brand and the hype of some other reviews. expensive........but this is a prime hotel in a prime location so what can you do......CLub memeber gets free food and alcohol between 6-8 on 33rd floor.....brilliant place......room service was not bad considering.....there's a great night club around the corner with a hip crowd on saturdays
