The hotel room is clean and nice with a great view of Eiffle tower. The only complain is that the shower is not very pleasant. The sink is clogged and the toiler is leaking. more

This hotel is the tallest hotel in Paris,and it has a nice view of the city. The location is pretty good, it is next to a shopping mall and have underground walk way to the underground train so no need to walk in the cold in the winter time. This hotel obviously was a big deal at one time and is much more conducive to business travelers. It's very large and the amenities are expensive. What's good - it's easy to find, loved the shuttle to and from Charles DeGaulle Airport just outside the front door. Close to great shopping and some nice restaurants. Front desk and concierge folks were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast but some of the staff were a bit unfriendly. Rooms are ok - great views. This is great place... more

First, you MUST ask for a "renovated" room upon arrival. They are located on the lower floors, I was in room 0614 and had a great view of the eiffel tower. I started in a regular room and quickly ran back downstairs - the room smelled terribly, and the furniture was stained, dirty and scraped. They will not offer up... more

I stayed there for just one day but the attitude of the reception staff and other members of staff was just fantastic.
