Couple of minutes walk from the gare montparnasse and its metro station there. The metro station is on a number of different lines and so it's quite easy to get all over Paris to the tourist sights.
Montparnasse itself has a number of bars and restaurants which are all very good, very busy and much more 'french' (therefore much cheaper)...

I enjoyed my stay, although it was only one night It was close to where I did my business and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable and quite. The staff was curious and polite. I will consider staying at this hotel on my next trip.

a five minute walk from gare montparnasse and almost ten minutes to the air france shuttle buses--the room is very small only really good for 1 person--it needs to be updated--the bathroom is also tight and had 2 skimpy towels that should have been thrown out about 5 years ago--shower curtain had mold on it and should have been replaced...
