Linens carts unorganized in the hallway and elevator area almost all day. Very loud children playing in the hallway until late in the evening. Window makes a tremendous noise when in rain ever so slightly.

Excellent location and comfortable room the breakfast was delicious but the service employees at the front desk was unpleasant and unfriendly, especially the girls dont smiling, Service are not very pleasant. However I would like to specify that Florence was lovely each morning in the breakfast dining room.

How can a room be so hot? Had the heating off and both windows open and it was only 8 degrees celcius outside. Just a basic hotel -clean and reasonably efficient but for the same price you could stay in a boutique hotel in the middle of Paris.

This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Montparnasse Metro/RER station. Very handy for taking early morning trains from there!
