I stayed only for a night but found very convenient as it was only 10 min walk from Eifel and 5 min walk from Metro although the room was very tiny, but who cares for size on that cost. one drawback if you have more luggage, there is no lift and stairs are quite dangerous.... rest was fine

Small, small, small sums up this tiny, little place. Located across from a police station (safety first) down a quiet little street, close to the metro, which was nice for exploring, and a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower. No complaints at all. It served the purpose, staff were great, and I would stay again.
