The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Don't bother eating there, the breakfast was just o.k. There are many great places to eat close by. We just stayed at the Hotel Saint Anne for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to see. My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at Hotel Louvre Sainte Anne. I am in a wheelchair and needed a room with an accessible bathroom and a shower, something quite rare in Paris. If you have never stayed in a hotel in Paris before, you must adjust your expectations when comparing Paris hotels to most hotels in The States, etc. The rooms are very small.
