My wife and I stayed here with her parents for four nights in Sept, and were delighted. Had rooms on the 5th floor looking out on the street, spotlessly clean, beds comfy, showers tiny but they had doors. Getting around from here was easy, even with the closest metro station closed - there were two more just a block further... more

The hotel was quite okay for the price: my room was specious, clean and quiet but a bit shabby. The location was good for reaching many of the sights and different districts of Paris (metro stations of two different lines are earby). However, compared to another hotel of the same price range, where I also stayed, Au Pacific did not... more

This was my second stay here. The location is good, close to the metro and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries nearby and the restaurant Chez Thomas is quite good. Our twin room on the seventh floor was quite spacious for Paris. They appeared to be undergoing some renovations.New beds were arriving and our room... more

It's not a bad place for the price. However, the lack of shower curtain in the bathroom was always a bit of an issue, and the homeless guys down the street made me a little nervous. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, all was quiet - probably because many people don't use it because it's tiny.... more

Pros: It's close to the Eiffel Tower and to metro stops. Cons: It's a dump, be sure, small rooms etc... you walk by homeless men at the church down the street in order to get to the hotel... that can be a little un-nerving at night. You do get what you pay for, here, but if you're on a budget... more

I have just stayed in this hotel for the second and third times, having first visited it in June 2007. We stayed for 2 nights at the start of our trip and 1 night just before we left France. Our first room was much as I remembered it from last time: small and basic, but with no problems: it was... more

Me and my husband spent New Years in Paris with our Friends. The 4 of us wanted a cheap hotel (but clean) in the center of Paris without paying Paris prices. This hotel is in a great location to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. The street where the hotel is situated is quiet, and close to several Cafe's and... more

The hotel is basic and clean. It is only five minutes from the Metro and ten minutes from the Eiffel Tower. There are a few good restaurants located within close vicinity to the hotel. It is very reasonably priced. more

Me and my girlfriend have experienced a great time at Pacific Hotel. For Paris standards we found the price good (75 euros per night for a double room) for a very well located hotel. The room is not big but it is comfortable for those who want to stay little time in the room and lots of time at Paris... more

We stayed at the hotel three years ago in May and we were very happy. The price then was 66 euro per night with breakfast included for both. The breakfast wasn't great in our opinion because we had to wake up early, the coffee was bad, croissants greasy and cereals not the best. It was our first trip to Paris... more
