Location is very good , the hotel is cery clean . Metro is just right in front of the hotel 2 steps ,its only 10 mns from the champ élysées , rooms are clean but very small ,toilets are very clean as well , house keeping are really keeping it clean . Good bed and shower, but the rooms are tiny and we could not get the airconditioning working. We changed rooms because of this however also in the new room we had the same problem.The staff is friendly and metro is very near to the hotel. Only downside was uncomfortable bed, quite hard. Good enough for travel into Paris, walk about 800 to the metro. Clean, reminded me a bit of a standard travelodge although the rooms were smaller. Happily suit people on a relative budget. No great choice of resteraunts / cafes nearby.

We recently used this hotel for a business meeting and I was far from impressed. Poor aircon, poor refreshments and absolutely no sense that any one was looking afer us! I really would suggest getting real clarity over what will be delivered before using the venue.
