The hotel is suffering from structural problems resulting in cracks in the walls and damp. The damp smell is very strong and wallpaper is peeling off the walls showing black mould spores on the wall. Location is ok, near to Monceau and Malsherbes metro (5 minute walk). Room was of a good size and bathroom was fairly modern, but the room itself was very dated, which was a problem as the carpet was threadbare in places. Think you can probably get better for your money as it is not cheap at all.

No reception for wifi in my room - i asked if i could change rooms as i needed internet access and they straight up said no. value for money .. rooms are not very big but if goin with friends on a budget trip then its fine.

really helpful staff, even reserved table for us at a restaurant for us. reception open 24 hours so could come back whenever, however i don't really speak french and they didn't speak that much english, but we managed. small lift so families with buggies would struggle, also bit noisy next to road. but lovely over all.
