Pros: Clean and new bathroom with attached toilet. Decent breakfast. Walking distance from the metro but quite far from Gare de Nord. There was a small lift to serve each floor. This place was a real wake-up call as how bad "BAD" can get. The only redeeming quality about it were the reception staff who were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was poor in my opinion, and not cheap either. I paid €230 per night for a two night business trip.
