I had a different impression on the Le Meridien hotels as I have stayed in both the Khao Lak resort and The Fisherman's Cove which are obviously in an upper league. Stayed in September in the standard room on the 2nd floor. Our room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet. The room was renovated, medium size, and relatively clean. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are simply the best. The only exception was a broken shower handle in the bathroom and the absence of utensils and plates.... more
