This hotel is very close to Balard Metro station. There are some shops and eating places in the neighbourhood. But it is very far from the CDG International Airport. We stayed here in late June 2008. We arrived to discover hotel was covered in plastic and scaffolding. We were offered no apology or compensation. The rooms were dark with extremely poor lighting (no ceiling lights), obviously not helped by the plastic covering the windows, so impossible to read in the evenings.
