lobby, elevator, and room are all small.no bar, no restaurant, no pool, no anything! the door of shower can't be closed properly, so every time when someone is taking shower, water is all over the floor. it shouldn't be a 4-star hotel at all! but people are nice and friendly. More

Waldorf Madeleine was in a perfect location, the room spacious enough and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms too small for 4 star, tv movie channel didn't work all week, had to ask for iron, cleaners didn't replenish shampoos etc on last few days. Location very good, staff were fantastic that worked behind reception. More
