The Grand is hard to beat if your destination is Opera Garnier just across it. We had an Opera View room, number 3136, with a comfy king size bed and a bathroom with tub and separate shower. The only inconvenience was that our room was far from the elevator. Check-in and out procedures went smoothly. More

I got the room with my hotel points and while the room was nice, it was super small. No appreciation for being a platinum member and no free internet. Also, no access to the club lounge which is usually given to platinum members. Other than that, yes, it is a nice hotel but as one would expect. More
