Obtained a rate of 69 Euros for a single room with twin beds inside on the courtyard last weekend (Aug 15-16). Bed was very comfortable, room absolutely quiet, and clean bathroom well-lit with plenty of towels. AND above all air-conditioning which was a blessing in 32 degree heat. not a bad place, clean enough, didn‘t try breakfast, and the broadband worked most of the time... If you are in a hurry and need a safe and central location, without much parisian charm, this is an option. more

I was pleasently suprized to find my room overlooking the courtyard from the 4th floor, away from the busy street. Bird song in the morning, locals busteling in their kitchens in the evening, a tree growing out of the adjacent courtyard wall! We have been regular visitors to Paris for over 30 years and this is the worst hotel we have ever experienced in all our visits. The room was grotty.
