A really good hotel all things considered. Ideally located next to the Metro, but food options are not as comprehensive. Customer service is warm and helpful *by Parisian standards*. On my first night I did not have a room available so they reaccomodated me into another hotel. Not very nice, unfortunately but was upgraded to the Superior room for the...

Dear Guest,
Your comment means a great deal to us, and we thank you for having shared this weekend experience in our hotel with tripadvisor. We sincerely do regret the first night’s room situation, but do appreciate that you found our Superior Room upgrade a nice gesture. As for the technical quirks, we have shared theses remarks with our maintenance...

Although the front desk help were very helpful for Parisian standards and the breakfast was good for the price, the hotel itself wasn't what I expected from Accord at this price range. Definnitely lookig for better options on my next trip to Paris maybe in the same neighborhood.

Excelent hotel. Located in front of Voltaire subway, this hotel looks new one, maybe recently refurbish. Room is small, but reasonable for a couple. Free (and good) internet wi-fi.
The hotel has lift, enough one to carry at least 4 lugagges.
I definitely recommend.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. We stayed in a superior room, which was huge for Paris standards. I assume that the standard size room would have been more than adequate.
The value was excellent, although we did get a good deal from booking through the internet....

This hotel has been renovated recently as you can see it is quite new. However, the room is quite small that we do not really think it's worth of 145 EURO for a day. Although it is near the metro, it is not near any attraction. Also, the room is so dim.

We were sent to this hotel by our insurance company after my serious road accident and our stay lasted a few weeks. We have to say we were made very welcome by the lovely staff. their care and concern was heartwarming.
the rooms were kept very clean (even though we were under the girls feet most of the time). The...

Hotel in pretty good location, but extremely small rooms where just the bed fits in and nothing else. Free wifi but complicated to use as it requires new login every 20mins. The bathroom has swing doors and drainage smell covers the room. To counter this, the hotel applies a lot of perfume which gives the whole room a stuffy feeling....
