Hotel is very convienently located for Central Paris, and is much cheaper than you would find elsewhere. There is a sunday street market which is pretty cool, and me and my wife had a comfortable stay.
Remember rooms here are tiny, but hotel rooms in Paris are very tight and compact.

Very good location, near Gare du Nor and Poissonniere Metro Station.
Market and laudry shop near hotel.
The room is small and the bathroom smaller than. It is almost impossible take a shower without knock the walls.
The breakfast is very good, with lots of options, from cheese to fruits and breads.
