Stayed here three years ago and it was fine - not brilliant - but a good, comfortable stopover with a passable restaurant. Stayed here in January in family rooms 402/404. The beds were far too small, the mattresses seemed to be made of filling from disused sunbeds from 15 years ago and the bed linen seemed to be the worst... More

One of the better hotels in town. Close to Insead an hence invaded by Management students but rooms are large and clean. Bar is cosy and offering a large choice of drinks. Breakfast according to Mercure standards. More

This is now an aging hotel that is showing all the signs of advanced aging. The only saving grace is the restaurant which produces reasonable quality hotel food with a hint of international emphasis which pleases to a degree. The rooms are particularly showing signs of age, with stained and worn carpets, scuffed walls and electrcal fittings that are unsafe and... More

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights when I was on business. It was a little quirky to find in this wonderful town with streets going in all different directions, but is well worth it. From the moment I stepped up to the front desk to check-in, I never encountered anyone on the staff who wasn't completely friendly... More

We chose to stay at this Mercure because the hotel we use regularly a little further south was closed. We had been driven from St Anton in Austria so were looking for a simple comfortable stay and that's exactly what we got. The hotel was well sign posted making it fairly easy to find, the welcome was friendly and efficient... More

Very close to the INSEAD campus, this hotel is probably the best option to stay. It's not very fancy, but the staff is great and it is really at a walking distance to the INSEAD School. More

Undoubtedly, this is the best hotel to stay in if you are visiting INSEAD. The business school campus is less than 5 minutes walk away, with the hotel being in a quiet and attractive street and the rest of the town within very easy walking distance. This was my second stay at the Mercure and it was just as pleasant... More
