We stayed here primarily because we could get private and secure parking. Hotel well located and pleasant reception staff. Room small but adequate. Reasonable price. Nice little 3* hotel in a good central location in Ajaccio. 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to the all the main restaurants, bars, etc. It does have its own car park which we didn't need ourselves, but noted that Ajaccio does seem to have a dearth of parking spots, so may well be useful! The hotel Napoleon is a good value for money. It wasn't cheap, but hotels in Corsica in August are not cheap. The room was not great, a bit tiny, but ok. The people in the reception was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the centre very close to the ferry and the bus station. more

This hotel must have been refurbished lately. The wall coverings, bed spreads, etc appeared to be new. My room was small, but was very comfortable. The windows were new and prevented street noises but the street was quiet at night and one could open the window . I enjoyed the cool breeze so I kept my window open at night.... more

We booked the hotel on the basis of trip advisor reviews. We arrived very late at the train station where there were no taxis. We called the hotel and they sent a taxi. When we arrived they recommended and organised a good place to eat nearby. more

This is an excellent hotel, we arrived at 0745 on Sunday and were immediately able to get into our room. We had asked for a non smoking room with a view and got a room on the non smoking floor with a view of a garden with fruit trees. The bath/shower was interesting but perfectly usable. We stayed here for 3 nights while doing a section of the mare a mare Nord with Sherpa expeditions. We arrived late off the ferry on the first night and its only a 15 minutes drag your cases up the hill to the hotel. (10 minutes on the way down!) They were so organised and welcoming to us.
