The hotel is located on the main street in Reims, close to shopping and restaurants. The garden area outside is gorgeous, and a great place to relax with a drink. The hotel is very reasonably priced, and the staff was very helpful.

Great location, very handy for people travelling by car. Rude and abrupt staff, room overlooking a flat roof (and workmen!) Flickering lights in the room, doors banging throughout the night. Shower room was so small and very basic. Not great.

Staying here was very easy with our rental car. You just park underground right beside the hotel. Lots of dining options nearby, but be aware, it was hard to find a bowl of French onion soup in this town. The breakfast was delicious, but expensive. So worth it. Cool hotel for a Reims visit. Best location to experience the city. Brasserie Flo is close and the Cathedral is in walking distance. Watch out for parking "Erlon" when you enter the city and you are there. Be aware, there is no night life except the street next to Crystal. Walls so thin you could hear every snore in next room. As well as people coming and going all night long. Smoking allowed in rooms and seeps into hall and other rooms. Heater not working well. Parking was very convenient. Right on the main drag for the Christmas Market.
