We had a one night stop over in this hotel. when we arrived there was no one on the reception the hotel looked deserted. After about 15 mins I decided to look for a member of staff. Some one from the kitchen came through and found the receptionist. The receptionist was very unhelpfull., Worse was to come in the morning...
