We where there 2 nights and spent nice time. Comfortable room, clean. Nice bathroom with bath, where you can rest after visiting the castles all day. Great breakfast - food really nice. The staff friendly.

Convenient when travelling by car, it has a parking at the price of 8€ / day. The hotel seems clean and new, or well maintained. Nothing pretentious, but straight forward. It's good as a base for exploring Loire castles. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from train station, rooms are quite clean, not noisy, breakfast is good and typically included in price as in all Ibis styles hotels, the parking is free for guests which is important thing for Tours.

Helpful and friendly staff, spacious rooms, nice deco + buffet breakfast. Not to mention within a stone throw from the city center by bus. By the way, if you intend to travel around the city a lot, ask the bus driver for a day ticket ( works on trams and buses )

A typical boxy, functional Ibis, reasonably well situated about 15 min from the city centre and railway station. No views as such, though the surrounds will look a bit better once the tram construction work is complete later this year. Excellent, once again IBIS STYLES has come up trumps. We stayed here overnight, whilst on a shopping trip. We had an excellent nights stay, the beds are excellent and the room once again , cleaned to an excellent level. We ate in their restaurant, good quality food. Excellent service from the waiter also. Will certainly use IBIS STYLES again.

I booked two rooms, the first room smelled of smoke but the management could give us another room. The other room I booked had troubles with the toilet flush so the first we saw was a toilet that had not been flushed for a long time.
