3 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 May 2012 NEW

We stayed here in April 2012. The rooms we small, but clean and comfortable enough. No big surprises either way. My only complaint is that they have smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor, and while you don't smell any smoke in your non-smoking room, you need to walk through smokey corridors to your room. Otherwise, parking was practical... More

Bestwestern group of hotels as such offer you just with the basic services. they're good , efficient and most importantly' central'. This one in particular is a short walk away from every place. The rooms were big with all basic amenities. As many reviewers have mentioned it the hotel needs a bit of renovation, but otherwise the staff was helpful and... More

Excellent location to visit the city smack in the core of it. The available parking is a big plus. The staff is extra nice. The rooms are somewhat dated (but not in a nice vintage way) and would need a remodeling More

My earlier stay was at the Holiday Inn which is bang outside the train station. This was not at all near - a big deterrent from the start. So as a result it is not very conveniently located. That said, Tours is a small town-village so everything is in a 5-10 minute walking radius - all restaurants, all culture, all... More

If you stay in the Best Western chain in the States you will probably be ok staying here. This property is old. We stayed in room 325 and it was a very large room. It had an office area and very large bathroom. The room and entire property is very dated. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to... More

When placing two suitcases this leaves very few room to walk on. Bed was small and shagged. Not comfortable. Bathroom is renovated new. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, though fits a 2 star hotel. There's a parking lot but guests need to pay to use it (10 euros). Stuff speaks english very well. Location is good, close... More

I asked for a king size bedroom (#328). The room was very large, confortable and looks recently renewed. The bathroom was surprisingly very large. Good breakfast for the price. Nice staff. Paid parking in hotel area. More

This hotel could stand a few upgrades, starting with replacing the beds which sagged and were very uncomfortable. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern and very clean. The individual room air conditioning unit is a big plus. My biggest complaint has to do with the parking (at 10 Euros a day). It is extremely tight. When we arrived... More

The location is good, the staff are friendly, the room was a reasonable size, though a bit dark and old-fashioned, the bed was comfortable, the aircon was individual to the room and worked reasonably well, the flat-screen TV had three channels in English and the bathroom was big, with decent mirrors. Breakfast is certainly not worth 13 euros (cheese only... More
