Location was great, walking distance to everything. Breakfast was included with our room fee, and it was fantastic. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very modern in an old town, so if you're looking for older French character, this is not your place to stay.

Perfect! The location is great. The Room very clean and modern. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good. The only thing missing in the room was a coffee/tea making facility, but it was possible to get coffee/tea from the reception area all day. I would stay again and recommend it to everybody.

It's very basic here but I suppose the price reflects that. No iron, kettle or fridge in the room. Lino floor. However the b/fast is included - continental only - but is good. Disappointing that there aren't any facilities here for washing clothes.

Everything you need for an overnight stop. Welcoming young staff,secure underground garage,within 5 minutes easy walk off all the attractions. Doesn't need a restaurant as there are lots close-by. The breakfast is very generous and plentiful. Only opened last year so it's still crisp and it's good value.

I have made stopovers for years in Beaune as that location is somehow the half way point between our two homes in Belgium and Spain.
