My husband and I have just returned from spending a week in the Hotel Royal. This was our second stay in this hotel. We were made very welcome and given the same room as before. The room was huge and has a wonderful high ceiling making the room light and airy. We had a double and single bed, two armchairs a desk and two upright chairs, coffee table, mini bar/ fridge, fan and tv. We had a shower, bidet and bath. This is not a luxury hotel but you don't pay luxury prices. We paid 344 euros for the room for 8 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, facing the park area with covered walkway and two minutes from the main shopping and eating areas. 5 minutes walk from the lake. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere. Well worth the money paid.
