This IBIS was feeling rather tired and in need of modernisation. That said it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay at reasonable cost and located reasonable close to the town centre. There was a small car park. We did not eat here in the evening (not sure there was a restaurant), but the breakfast was fine.

the room and bathroom were clean. the location is very good. Parking was comfortable. Good food in the restaurant.

The strenght of this Ibis is its good location for visiting Le Puy. This Ibis is a franchise and needs a 'de-stuffing', ie a modernisation. The employees (owners) should be a bit more friendly. They should also make sure that their personnel recognises the sign DO NOT DISTURB before barging into a room early morning.

The reception staff were very professional and helpful. However the room was quite small and could have benefited from provision of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities; also, as the summer climate is hot, a fridge with cold drinks or provision for guests to store their own cold drinks would be helpful.
