We haven't stayed in a lot of Mercure hotels but they have always been superior ones. This one is very average. Because of renovations, the lounge area, bar and restaurant are gone and you eat a very average dinner in a cafeteria setting. The Mercure breakfast is very poor- 8 euros for juice, croissant, jam and coffee or 15 euros...
